" I can't stop," River mumbled through tears, knife in hand. Teagan looked at River. She lifted his bowed head with her hand. "Look at me," she told him. "Then don't leave me." ****** Teagan Saintclair is an average 17 year old black girl - brown, fair skin; beautiful, brown, doe-like eyes and most importantly, her big, curly hair. She lives with her mother and her stepfather. At school she is noticed but not exactly part of the popular clique. River Stevens is a 17 year old boy attending the same school as Teagan.
