What starts out as a typical night as the Midnight Reaper quickly turns into disaster--after a series of unfortunate events, Fauss finds himself caught, dazed, dizzy and face to face with the King of Hell himself.
And crazily enough, the king wants to strike a deal.

Those who know him, however, know Fauss Inusum is nothing more than a misfit with a big heart and powers on the verge of dragging him into insanity. Widely recognized as the "Midnight Reaper," he makes a career out of saving human souls before other reapers can get their hands on them.
One day, however, he is sucked into a world that he's never wanted anything to do with--forced to do the King of Hell's bidding, he's sent off into Heaven to save the man's son.
