When someone turns 17, they receive a packet in an email that they fill out with everything about themselves: their personal life, their goal profession and their dream job/family. The packet must be filled out; it cannot be skipped.
Heidi Anderson is the typical shy, 16-year-old girl that sits in the back of class that refuses to be called on by the teacher. She doesn't want to be center stage and have all eyes on her. Naturally, she prefers listening to someone else.
She acknowledges that she will get the packet on her birthday in 7 weeks, but she doesn't want to. Heidi wants everything in her life hidden, and she knows there will be consequences.
