From late 2015 into early 2016 I fell into a deep dark depression. I was 3,000 miles away from home, and working with people who I didn't get along with. I was alone and miserable. In that time all I did was eat, sleep, and lift weights. The bulk of my time was spent at work or sitting alone in my dark room. By some crazy ass twist of fate I came out of this darkness....that is another tale for another time.
