Adiutor is assistant in Latin, and Latin is widely used in Mystical Ground. This is where all the witches and warlocks are free to practice their magic, and be apprentices to the Senior Warlocks and Witches to preserve their race. Some youngsters are lucky to be apprentices, but some are not so lucky because of their family line of adiutors, the assistants to warlocks and witches. They'll assist and serve warlocks and witches and their apprentices after them, that is just their duty and share of life.
But that doesn't mean they can't restore the existence of the Mystical Ground when needed be.
