"She's gone."
Upon hearing the news of his wife Clare dead, Will lost himself entirely. He could only feel the pain and remorse seeping through his body, spreading throughout his veins as every second ticked by.
"It was all my fault." He thought.
In a moment of anger, he said things he shouldn't have and all he was left with was these feelings of pain and remorse. How he wished he could sleep for eternity with his wife, but he knew he couldn't. He had to stay strong for the sake of his three-year-old daughter, Fay.
But he couldn't make up his mind and was now stuck between two options: Live or Die.

A woman (who had kids and a husband) had lost her life. This initially started a spiral of thoughts leading to the creation of this story. There are a lot of mirroring qualities between my life and Maribell's, but unlike the lovely woman who had passed (I personally don't know her, but may she rest in peace), I don't have kids or a significant other, so I had to put my own spin on things.
