When I wrote the first chapter, I sent it off to him to see what he thought.. he loved the storyline so much he decided to write the second chapter.. and it was this.. that we then decided to continue on this pattern. we never pre planned any chapters.. whatever I wrote, he improvised on the next - and vice versa'
