At 14, Emily was a curious girl with an endless imagination. An imagination that made the night come alive, and not in a good way. Struggling with growing up and becoming "a woman of her own", as her peculiar and sometimes cruel aunt called it - she was caught in a space where the dark haunted her and the light eluded the truth that was somewhere out of her grasp.
She'll have to face what's hidden or stay locked in herself forever. But the truth will shatter her reality and become more terrifying than anything she feared in the early shadows of dusk.
