Jade is 18 years old. She gets the biggest shock ever the elevator in a big shop gets sticks with mysterious boy and herself in it. As if it couldn't get worse, the shop closes for 2 days. Nobody can help them. They also can't text, call or use Internet, because they don't have any connection. But these things aren't even the biggest shocks.
