Xavier and his best mate are traveling to Lacey's Uni, where they are likely to meet. Xavier is a rebel, a bad boy some would say, with his panty dropper smile, and his killer god like looks make him practically untouchable to almost everybody.
Now, for Chance, He's a young detective from ireland recently transferred to U.K. and now to New York city.  Chance got reassigned to follow a lead into a gang known as silver bullets.
