For countless moons, four clans of cats have been settled by the lake. There have been many prophecies seen and told about the coming and going of different cats, but this time things will happen unexpectedly. The clans have lost their strong grip on the Warrior Code and StarClan cannot reach the living to guide them back. It's unknowingly up to a little pointed tom named Pine, who is from a place no cat has been, to help the leaders of Shadow, Wind, River, and Thunder realize their mistakes.
