The Mummy Fan-fiction -
Layla Archer works at the Museum of Antiquities in Cairo, Egypt with her best friend Evelyn Carnahan. When Evelyn's brother shows them an ancient key, they are spiraled into a quest involving Americans, the Medjai, Hamunaptra, and a cursed mummy who seems to know her from ancient times. Join in the adventure, but watch out for quicksand.

The Pyramid Of Death
hey hey hey: read this before starting the book! you are a tourist who came to Egypt for tour. but while exploring the desert, your bus gets hijacked by some cult people. they bring you to hamunaptra. then a storm blows everyone off. you make some new friends on bus who are as equally as scared as you of the cult hijackers. to escape them you and the newfound friends run to a pyramid. then slowly your friends start dissapearing. they are being taken by somebody. some creature. sucking of their flesh off leaving their skeletons. it was because. (flashback), some people opened a tomb, finding no treasure but a mummy, you running away from those hijackers who are trying to kill everyone with their guns. you stumbled on the tomb and your blood from your palm which was cut by a sharp object somehow (recommend something please) and revived the mummy of the priest imhotep.... {thats the plot! now you read the story ahead}
The Exhibit
For those who love Egypt, Egyptology and romance! Dr. Hannah Browning is the head Egyptologist at the British Museum in London. She is the only American in the institution and she knows her stuff, having gone to Egypt over a dozen times for excavations, and having completed doctorates in Egyptology, Archaeology, and Anthropology. Her expertise and people skills are tested, though, when the museum recruits a young and intelligent Egyptologist from the Cairo Museum in Egypt, Dr. Edward Zuberi. He is to assist Hannah in preparing artifacts that were found in the famous Ahkmenrah Exhibition in Luxor, Egypt for the new Ahkmenrah exhibit in the museum... but difficulties come about in starting up this new exhibit when head-butting opinions, theft, threatening, and even romance, arises. Disclaimer: The Egyptian kings that are mentioned in the story are made up, and some details about Egyptian history may be wrong. I'm still researching.Complete
