Humans have evolved so much that there is no longer emotion within them. Cruelty has no boundaries. Love has no passion. Char Lang was born into this type of world, but she doesn't exactly fit with society. Char is the kind of girl that makes it her job to bring a smile on people's faces, even if it isn't whole hearted. Then there's Xavier. The big bad wolf. He makes people shiver with fear. Let's fast forward to grade 9, chem class. Only fate could put these two as lab partners.
