I heard soft growling and footsteps. I scanned the area, searching for any sudden movement. Right a moment later there was a ear splitting creak in the air, I flashed a glance at Dustin and to where the sound came from. It came from a tree, and I noticed long, sleek, deep claw marks that scared the bark. An unusual silence that edged it's way to view. I thought my heart was going to thump right out of my chest when I followed my eyes up to the now shaking tree branches. Wind came blundering down right on us, seeming strong enough for Dustin to fall. The wind made the trees shake, the ocean crash and swing around, made the grass now bowing before it, making any creature running for its life or hide in shelter. The incredibly strong force brought us pinned to the ground, useless for ourselves to even rise up to our knees. "What's going on!?" I asked Dustin, wondering to myself if he did anything dumb. He shook his head, "I don't know." He breathed out. The strong wind then steadied down as Dustin reached for his sword and took hold. He staggered up to his feet. I caught a flash of a streak of red. Suddenly the ground shook like an earthquake, rattling any object in its path. I shut my eyes tight, I screamed. It's. King. Of. The. Skies...

"Look, we're running out of time here and if you don't let go now to grab my hand, we're both going down," he pressed, eyes flickering between yours. "And I don't know about you, but I'd really prefer to stay alive tonight. So for both our sakes, you're going to have to take a leap of faith here." "Okay," you finally said, your voice soft, almost a whisper. He widened his eyes, quickly nodding to show you it was alright, that he'd catch you. "On three?" he asked, not wanting to rush you but knowing he had to if you both were going to make it out alive. You gave him a single nod. He hadn't even made it to two before you let go, firmly grabbing his elbow. Your clammy hands nearly slipped, causing you to yelp, but he quickly seized your hand, his fingers slotting through yours with a secure grip. With a strong pull, he lifted you up, the momentum sending you crashing onto him on the cement, safely away from the edge. The wall cracked and crumbled, falling along with the vine into the boiling liquid below. His arms encircled you, holding you firmly against his chest. "I got you," he murmured, letting his head rest against the hard ground as he looked up at the sky, his hands gently cradling your head. Your face nestled into the crook of his neck as you tried to steady your breathing. "I got you." // You've always lived for the dramatics, always patiently waiting for something, anything to change your life. After the earthquake that nearly tore Hawkins apart, you selfishly thought your moment had finally arrived. You didn't believe in coincidences. Hawkins didn't get earthquakes, and for one to just happen at such a huge magnitude was extremely bizarre. Something more had to be at play, and you were determined to uncover it. You didn't anticipate, however, just how much it would impact your life, or that it would all stem from meeting a certain group of people. *This is a Stranger Things Fiction *Steve Harrington x Female Reader

If you have questions about, don't hesitate to ask. The roof crashed down at the speed of lightning, crushing me under the table as I gasped for air. My mind scrambling to process what had happened as I felt rubble falling around me, surrounding me in darkness. I reached up, my arm stinging as I hit the hard wood table over me, which was keeping the rubble off me, miraculously. I wiped my forehead, sweat, and probably blood dripping down my arm and side of head as I reached for a nearby rock, trying to push on it, hoping that it might help me out of this disaster. "Mom? Betty?" I called, hoping for a response, only to get none. I didn't even get the slightest whimper from any of them. What the heck happened? "Mom?! Betty?!" I screamed this time, trying to push myself up onto my back, my leg killing me so much that I had to give up. I laid back down on the ground, placing my hand on the bottom of the table; anger, fear, confusion getting the best of me. I screamed as I banged my fists on the wood table. "MOM? BETTY?" Nothing. I was ready to bang on the wood again, but I flinched back when I heard the sound of moving rubble. Whoever it is was almost near where I was, and ... moving quickly. So, there's no possible way that it was a human. It would take hundreds do men to lift these boulders, but whoever this person is, is stronger than anyone I would kn- My thoughts froze as I watched something large wrap around the edges of the table, lifting it up; my eyes widening as I came face to face with the largest creature known to mankind. A giant. (This is my book from my own brain. These are my own characters based off my family members. Please do not steal it.)

Prologue I used to have a nightmare when I was younger. It was always the same order and the same impact. It started with the warmth of sand consuming my feet. I looked up to see a warzone. There were flashes of fire, water, and lightning. It was like a war of the gods. Suddenly I felt the heat on my back. I turned to see neon red and yellow flames consume me. I ran to hide in the bushes that were next to me, feeling out of breath I tried to calm myself down. Strands of dark red hair covered my face. I proceeded to swipe my hair and look at my surroundings. I heard sobbing coming from near me. I trudged through the bushes and toward the sobbing when I got to under a willow tree. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked. I saw a girl with long dark red hair being the cause of the sobbing. She had a huge gash on her forehead with blood trailing down her face. She also had burns on her arms and shirt. The boy was in much worse condition. He was covered in burns, she was covering his face with only his hair showing. They both had the same colored hair. Suddenly my necklace started to glow with an amber color. The girl in front of me had a similar amber glow. Two amber crowns sat on top of the pillow. One female and one male crown sat on top of the pillow. Once I walked closer the glow came back. Once I grabbed the tiara everything became white. I was once again in another room, I attempted to move but I mysteriously couldn't. A neon purple bolt of lightning hit my chest. We both locked eyes with each other. Was that me? Before I could find out, the ground started to be drained into a whole. I was sucked into the drain and everything soon became black and I was free-falling. My back soon hit the ground of the room. I rose to look at the surroundings of the new room I was in. I fell to my knees from the pain. Then a person walked forward and grabbed my face.

Everything was gone. I sobbed, my clothes ripped and I was bleeding, but it didn't matter. I had to get to her, to them. Had to find- Struggling to stand, I grasped my side, biting back the scream that wanted to escape. I looked down at my hands and red coated them, blurring together until I couldn't see anything anymore. I squeezed my eyes shut, forcing my panicked breathing to slow, until I felt in control of myself again. It had been so long, I thought as I turned my peeling and dry face to the sun, my fingers shaking as I struggled to make sense of them. For so long, I'd been a wolf, cursed. All that I was, or could've been had been reduced to nothing but an animal driven by instinct, bloodlust, thousands of lives met their ends at the edges of my razor sharp claws. I had no idea where I was, how much time had passed. My fingers touched something hard in the sand, and a jolt of information went through me as Queen Azalea's sword, gleamed as I pulled it free. My heart started to pound as sun glinted off of the blade, reflecting back at me. I nearly dropped the metal when I saw myself. I took a second look and saw white hair, caked with dirt, and yellow eyes, blue veins sparking in their depths. All at once, I remembered who I was. I remembered why I was here, how much time had passed. I am Azalea Marie Albescu, The Queen Alpha. A false queen sits on my throne, controls what's mine. I would have to make my way back to my pack, my family, and my home, if still there. I would rise again, as I had before, and reclaim what belongs to me. As the trees and its land slowly burn down by he deadly purple acid, a man that was watching from afar shivered at this sight. This has been going on for ages, and the creature hasn't been stopped. If they didn't stop the thing on time, everything they knew, everything they have ever known. Every building ever created, every world that has been generated, would be gone. The man looked towards his companion, or was he, his companion? His friend has been acting a bit strange, acting anything but not himself. The man took a deep breath and sighed. He looked towards the man with a stern face, gripping onto his iron sword. "Are you sure, you aren't, It?" His friend looked back at him, and chuckled coldly in response. "You know me, buddy, I wouldn't let It get to me." On the next day, the man's friend was gone. So was the other. *Narrating will get better the more you read* *COMPLETE* (YouTubers au, based on the actual ******** world.
