Krystal Valentino sent a love letter up on a balloon to a random stranger with a completely zero chance of probability that it would go to the receiver. You might think that it's just some silly girlish story about a love sick teenager writing a love letter to her crush but you are wrong. Krystal isn't just some girl. She was recruited to be an assassination by a secret government agency that is bent on protecting the security of the whole world. And she also has a problem; she has an overprotective brother who raised her half of her life, a best friend who is keeping a huge secret from her that could possibly end their friendship, and one more major problem, she doesn't know who she is in love with.
