In January of 2014, I decided to get a dramatically different haircut, which of course led to a miniature disaster when I spun around in the stylist's chair. But it also led to a resolution to try something new every month of that year. From rock climbing to beer making, looking back I'm glad that I took a plunge into something that seemed like just a simple haircut.
