Tris is dead. Four killed her. The city is still at risk of Erudite simulations controlling them all, and now it is virtually leaderless.
It is a wild world out there, and the effects of the attack on Abnegation have affected the city in ways no one could have ever predicted.
Four wants revenge. Jeanine wants control. Johanna wants peace. Evelyn wants equality. But none of them can have what they want without impeding the wants of the others, or the citizens.
The earthquake is over. Now they have to deal with the aftershocks.
