Theodora Wellington isn't used to playing hero. But now that she's freed from the bonds of villainy, and living in an apartment with Richard Grayson and two orphaned children, she's decided to give it a shot. But it isn't easy being the good guy, and along with those challenges comes another.

When a mysterious letter shows up on their doorstep from her dead father, Theo decides to investigate. But along with people from her past showing up, comes an even greater threat. The Jewel of Darkness was supposed to be destroyed. So what are these black lightning bolts on the back of her hands? Something strange is going on, and it's up to a certain group of heroes to find out what before it's too late.

(I don't own anything DC comics, Vocaloid, or Di'Angelo related. I own the plot and my OC's only. XD

Note: read "A Time of Darkness" and "Downfall" first to understand this better.)

***WINNER of the "BREATHTAKING: A FANTASY AND SCIENCE FICTION NOVEL WRITING COMPETITION!" "You are a secret kept from the world, but not from me." So begins the peculiar message found slipped under a bedroom door on the morning of May first. Theo is the heir to a powerful dictatorship. The number of people allowed to know he exists is few. He has spent his entire life walled up in the Tower, the looming stone monolith from which his father rules over the Land. Merryn is the daughter of political prisoners. She's known who Theo is longer than he would think possible, and she is taking a great risk contacting him via handwritten notes in order to convince him he deserves more than the fate his father has designed for him. She has one month to exchange daily messages with him, to answer his questions and open his eyes to the realities of a world he has never been allowed to see. A revolution is coming to the Land at the end of the month, and if Merryn's notes fail to get their point across, Theo may never live to see the sunrise on June first. A/N: The following letters were originally published each day from May 1st-31st, 2014. As you will see,Theo is allowed to write down a question for Merryn each evening, but you, the reader, won't see these within the body of the story. It may or may not be obvious from Merryn's response what Theo is asking. Part of the fun is guessing what his questions might be, but if you really want to know what they are, a list of those questions is at the end of the story. This story is a re-imagining of Rapunzel. Now, without further ado-I believe a young heir is about to unfold a slip of paper found on the tile floor near his door... Let's see what it says!

(This novel is under revision as of 2-5-19 up until I feel the true motivation to scrub through most of my older work. Also this summary is something to be fixed but until then) A thousand years ago the extermination of Earth from unknown circumstances brought about the end of humanity for the planet. The end of animals, most of nature, technology and everything that advanced in between. After Earth's destruction a new life began with the survivors of the near extinction of humanity. They constructed a singular civilization encased in a wall for protection from outside forces, built on the hope to reproduce and thrive with the life they were forced into. Zykard would be the start of a second life for humans But within that time of rebirth some of the survivors surged with horrors of Pre-Reearth. Heresy, treachery, riots, thefts, murders and revolutions. A need to for order was introduced, and brought about the leader of Zykard and seven factions of ten people. A thousand years later theres a change. An outsider appears and seemingly becomes the new leader of Zykard, bringing more hardships with their hopes. Crimson, a seventeen year old girl faces the verge of adulthood. The final trials being the only gap between her new reality. A new injection to be given to everyone after the trials. She will face the ugly second face of what Zykard really is behind the curtains. Face pain she never thought would be possible and lose what she loves the most. She will understand what it's like to become apart of the Zykard.

Book 1 of the Rising Phoenix trilogy. Would you choose love over peace? Two months away from her graduation day, all Cerise wants is to keep up her grades, continue inventing, and somehow manage to pay off her rent. The fact that she's Paris's secret thief by night makes life all the more exciting. That is, until she gets caught by her stepmother. The last person she wants anything to do with and the president. Her freedom from years in jail comes with a price - stealing from the Drakhenae. She has to steal the one thing that can give her race, the humans, exactly what they need to get rid of the Drakhenae once and for all, information on something stronger, something more than the Drakhenae, something that can destroy them. Information on an experiment that happened fifteen years ago, and about the test subject who disappeared. Despite the confusing tension and rough history between the two races, and the fact that to humans, the Drakhenae are predators, more reptile than human with their leathery wings, slit pupils and the scales on their cheeks, Cerise agrees to go. But her heist couldn't go more wrong, and to make things worse, she gets caught by Everard, the infuriating, confusing, drop-dead gorgeous Drakhenae. Add in the secrets of her past, and the fact that her heart is torn between two people, one with promises, another with secrets, Cerise doesn't know who to trust. And she quickly realizes that things can get worse, and can get worse fast. {Word Count: 50,000-60,000} **Will be undergoing a re-writing soon! This was one of my earlier books, so more improvement is definitely needed -- constructive criticism is greatly appreciated!*** Update 10/06/23: Re-writing will be underway, and as such, chapters will be removed from Wattpad except for the first few (find me on Instagram for further details and information on how you can still read this if you want to).

Damian Wayne/Batfam/OCs [COMPLETED] Talia, looking to reunite her family, seeks the Waynes out. A mysterious enemy aids her in the now present game of tug-a-wayne. Bats, birds, and a hood now face off against Talia's assassin army and the new enemy emerges. The League of assassins may have allied themselves with a force far more dangerous than they imagined. A force of powerful beings that there are only mere whispers of. The heroes of Gotham can't hope to beat them alone, but thank fully every villian comes with a hero. Now the bats will enter a world so familiar to theirs, yet so different. Are they ready to meet the enemy of their new enemy? Is Gotham ready for a new type of war? Is the fate of the Bat family going to rest in the hands of a simple black armoured girl with far too many secrets? Can she even help, she just left a bloody battlefield. Some would say she's too broken to enter another. Can the bats, birds, hood, and this new figure defeat Talia and her allies? This summary sucks. My book isn't all that awsome either, so I'm sorry. I think it was going good in the beginning, but the plot just fell apart, I'm sorry. But if you still try and read it, thanks. Also the chapters are about medium lengths, definently not super short though. DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN ANY CHARACTERS, EXCEPT THE OCs, BUT I DON'T REALLY OWN THEM EITHER BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A PATENT, SO I DON'T EVEN CARE IF BATMAN'S MOM STEALS THEM!
