Delilah Montey hasn't talked since the accident, her life is falling apart, and she's ready to let go. Her friends have left her, and she barely pays attention in school. Ask the kids around, they all know the story. But when Carter Jamison moves into the old house, up the road where she runs, he meets her at one of her worst moments, and becomes determined to bring her back to his world an help her get going again.
