Sometimes those spam emails aren't really spam. Sometimes they're pleading requests to help save lives.

Julie, a journalist, learns that the world is far more complicated and violent than she could have ever imagined. After receiving a request for her help on a certain situation, Julie packs her bags and leaves for Palestine, a land she's never heard of, nor ever been to. Julie does not know what to expect, or if she'll even find a decent story there. But one thing leads to another and Julie finds herself a set of friends, an exploding story, and trouble.

Of course, little does she know of the events that will happen that will blow her mind.

Literally.

Chasing the Stars

13 parts Complete

This is a story of a girl. She doesn’t save the world, or stop the evil forces of a dystopian government. She just follows a desperate quest to find her family and learns the truth behind friendship. After being separated from her family during the bombing, Rebecca follows a desperate quest to find them again, but is she prepared to find out the truth behind her life, to lose people, and be betrayed by the ones she trusted. Will she ever find her family again, and will she want to? “I’ve started to feel like what I’m trying to achieve is like chasing the stars; romanticised, yet horrifically saddening.”
