Everything around you was beeping. People were standing around you. Bright lights were blinding you.
"Can you tell us your name?"
You tried to turn your head towards the person who had asked.
*You tried*
The moment you attempted to tilt your head the slightest bit, a soaring pain went through your neck.
The beeping fastened. Black spots formed around your eyes.
"We're losing her!" The doctor you had tried to look at shouted. Then you passed out.

Basically a very long imagine. You wake up in the camp hospital without memories, and struggle to get them back. No quests, just normal, sort of happy camp life.

Nothing involving monsters or ancient gods, no. Corruption. Somewhere in New Rome, a son of Ares discovers a loophole, a flaw if you may will in the Roman camp's governing and quickly makes his way to a high stand of power over the camp. He is in control of the camp, immediately abolishing Frank and Reyna as Praetor. His first decree?... wiping out the children of the eldest gods. Everyone in town knows about the sea monster. Every night, he goes into town to find his prey. He lures them in with his voice, only to bring them back to the ocean, to eat them. Few survive this, and the people who do, they lose their mind, like they were cursed. You can only gather from them that he was beautiful, his voice was like an angel's, and that when he took you into the ocean, he became a monster. He only hunted young men, women, teens, and the occasional twelve-year old. It was terrifying, because the people had no way to stop him. Every night, someone would go missing, or come back insane. They knew he lived in the ocean, and when people tried to bomb the area where they thought the monster lived, they would either be cursed, or just eaten by the sea monster himself. And the people who came back insane, they would always wander over the fact that the monster had not even a scratch on him. Teens, young men and women would fear for their lives, and lock themselves in their houses at night. But only one person refused to hide, either in bravery or utter stupidity. That person was Will Solace. So basically, this story is based on the cover art of the book. I just thought it was such a great idea and wanted to put it to story. I saw another person do this and they used the same cover art, and I hope you guys like my version! I, personally very much like it and hope you guys do to! Will remembers his name, everything else outside of that? Well, he draws a blank. So, the last thing he wants to do is run headfirst into a dangerous maze. Of course, keeping his head down and hiding in the infirmary with his newfound abilities only works for so long, after all the Fates have other plans for him.
