Scarlet is a rare mixed creature. She was created not born. She was created through birth however. Her father wished not to produce a full vampire as he didn't want his child to be consumed by one thing. The thirst. As both her parents were vampires but only halfly through human and vampire production she could have only become a full as two halves make a whole. Scarlet however has so much power it is difficult to actually stop her. She is as fast as a vampire and werewolf combined. She is stronger and the only way to kill her is to drain her completely of blood tear her apart limb by limb then burn each limb in a different fire. She will live forever and by choice remove all the 'dirt' from the world.
