14 years ago, Chris and Mariska have a one-night stand. Mariska got pregnant...but couldn't tell Chris. She packed her bags and left...never seeing, speaking, or hearing from him throughout her pregnancy.
9 months later, she has the baby. She couldn't take care of a child, especially not alone. She was so scared. She put the little newborn girl up for adoption...not knowing what else to do.
14 years later...Mariska sees a girl with her family. The girl looks nothing like the parents...or the siblings. Mariska got an off feeling and sensed that somehow it was her daughter. Mariska wanted...no needed her daughter back.
