This is a really short story (about 11 pages) that I wrote awhile back. I'm really proud of how it turned out, and I wanted to share it on here. I really hope that you enjoy this story.
Summary: The world is in black and white until you meet your soulmate, and for Paityn that happened when she met Brady her sophomore year. In this story I will explain how, when you meet your soulmate, the world transforms and everything has color. When this happens for Paityn, she hides it from everyone, including Brady because she'd be mortified and crushed if she were to find that he doesn't feel the same way about her. The story will continue as her feelings for him increase greatly, until Brady goes missing. Paityn finds that the colors start to fade, and her world starts to collapse. Paityn needs to find Brady, and save herself from the trap she unknowingly walked into. This story will be a love story, but more so not because that would be plain and boring. So, she'll go out to find her soulmate and save him before she loses him forever. Because, once your soulmate dies, your world goes back to black and white.
