What would the story of Patrick Jane, the Mentalist, be like if he was a real psychic? If he could talk to people that passed away, like his wife and daughter?
Will it change anything in the way he copes with his loss? And how will it influence his work with the CBI?
Will people believe him being a psychic or will he deny it?

Patrick Jane had to make the shocking discovery that his wife and daughter were brutally murdered. It was too much for his mind to take and for once he decided to accept help and ask for advice in a psychiatric hospital.
But when he feels better and has learned to cope with his loss and abilities, the thought of revenge comes back to his mind and starts to possess him.

How will the souls and his newfound colleagues he originally planned on using for his plans of revenge help him through this hard time?

I will be posting this story on Royal Road.com. If God is all powerful, can He make something He cannot lift? Being that God is all powerful He can lift anything, yet if He is all knowledge He can make something He cannot lift. The answer to this paradox is found here. After reading this short, hilarious essay you may find yourself pondering profound spiritual truths, or you may think I'm a blithering idiot who has no idea what he's talking about and needs brain meds. I hope your opinion is the former. Bob Hall hates his name, say it out loud, and you'll understand why, sounds really stupid. He's changing his name to Wentworth Wellington Hall; this will instill awe and respect in others. So, from now on he's referring to himself as Wentworth. He'll buy a monocle next week on Tuesday at exactly 3:17pm. Due to the critical time importance, he'll be wearing his double-breasted blue color blazer with yellow long johns and purple penny loafers. He knows this will cause the ladies to faint and strong men will whimper like beaten turtles. Wentworth was starting to feel unusually strange in his heart, mind, spirit, and soul because the extremely powerful psychedelics were kicking in. He wasn't quite certain if taking 50 hits of Grateful Dead LSD, a huge ball of Magic Psilocybin Mushrooms and Very Pure DMT at the same time was the grandest idea he'd ever had. He'll find out sooner rather than later. Massive earthquakes started shaking the house, yard, and street. The sky turned purple, and the pouring rain was green. He just saw a ten-foot-tall orange lady with a tail and mustache riding a skateboard. Superman was powerless and running from a kryptonite moose with white wings. Suddenly his living room phased, shifted and exploded into absolute total complete unending darkness. He heard what he thought was him saying, "Bob Hall, you have now entered into the state of complete nothingness, and you will vanish from your own awareness. Forever."

This story involves the supernatural, with the events of one man who was suddenly introduced with very strong mental powers considered to be Psychic. Marcus Fernandino throughout -most- of his lifetime had not lived under the special abilities of supernatural mental powers, though he calls them Psychic powers. Up until the end of his middle school, he was considered by others an average student with plenty opportunities to work for. When one day during summer break he wandered through the town outskirts to somehow find an abandoned burial tomb with a strange artifact. Knowing of potential dangers yet still filled with curiosity, he had explored the area to discover more and upon closer examination a gem on a pedestal, he had surges of pain with many visions of the potential powers gained while having the gem infused within him before losing consciousness. Upon waking sometime later, he was regaining memories of the recent occurred events and found himself to test his powers. Lifting and making a nearby feather float from the ground with such supernatural capabilities made Marcus very aware of his strength and his inability to no longer to live a "normal" life. In fact, it can be considered that he was given a chance to have an easier life with what he can do with his powers. Then again, nothing is ever free in this world...
