This is a story about a 15 year old girl named Maddie, she goes through a lot during the year. Her mother sadly passes away from the blood cancer leukemia. So her and her little sister live with her father who eventually loses his mind! He expresses his anger in terrible ways and eventually Maddie and her little sister Katie are alone.
