We all know the story about Jacob Black imprinting on Renesmee when she was a baby and how they will be attached to the hip for the rest of their life's as friends or lovers.
but what happened's when Nessie is gravely hurt because Jacob wasn't careful and responsible with her when he's fighting off one of the jerks in his pack and won't leave them alone?
With a broken heart, Jacob decides to leave Nessie and Forks- getting as far away as he possibly can. He's not sure if it was his claws that scarred her body but he does know he doesn't want to risk her getting hurt again.
Years later when Jacob's father passes away- the only person who can get in touch with Jacob breaks the news. He did make a promise to himself to stay away but he knew he'd regret missing his fathers funeral.
He returns to Forks and he comes to find that things didn't turn out the way he'd hoped...
What became of Nessie? Does she blame Jacob for what happened? or does she even remember him at all?... And who is the guy Nessie is with that makes Jacob decide to stay?.
