Fonttale
Fonttale is an AU where skeletons have a special power related to their font name. A Normal Font Comic Sans for example, can force people to laugh. However, Papyrus is a Horror Font and they're much different from Normal Fonts. This is where and why the story begins. Papyrus is a sadistic murder whose main goal is to protect his one HP brother Sans. By day he pretends to be an obnoxious idiotic skeleton obsessed with puzzles and spaghetti, but at night he teams up with Flowey and patrols the area for humans in order to collect souls to break the barrier. When he isn't doing that he visits the MTT Resort where his brother does his comedic acts and kills monsters he finds in the alley in order to keep Sans safe. Centuries of conflict have left the Underground in a state of repair and despair. But, only hope remains for the Dreemurrs to fix the problem with the barrier without killing humans, as Asgore has promised to find a way to fix this with the help of his scientists. But, how can Asgore juggle both his duties as a king and to his family? Another problem arises when a human child mysteriously falls out of nowhere with strange abilities attached to him that make him very unpredictable. Betrayed by many, and uncertain who to trust, Kel finds herself in the midst of an iron-fist dictatorship, fighting to restore the Underground to the peaceful place it used to be.
