On Midsummer, there was always a festival in Rowan's small village. Until War. The War raged through the land, killing, every DragonRider, that it could. Her village was not spared, but only her mother, was brave enough, to stand up to War. In return, she was killed. Rowan is now 25, and on her way to being the best DragonRider. But War is coming again. Will she stand for it? Or will she be lost, in the festival of blood?
