Frisk did the neutral run, and then the true pacifist run. They have had the temptation to hurt, to maim, ... to kill. Of course, they instantly shot those ideas down with moral reasons: "It isn't right to end another's life when it isn't their time!" "They haven't done anything wrong!" "They would never do the same to me... Right?" As you can see, eventually Frisk (and the Author because I haven't slept and its 5am XD) couldn't come up with a reason not to without questioning the reason itself. One thing led to another and Frisk eventually started a genocide run.

This story starts in the ruins, where Frisk meets a certain flower again, who has a bit more to say than normal.

Just so you know, I am going to base this story on the song Control by Halsey. When you hear the chorus ending sentence, it fits the Genocide run ending, so I'm going off a limb here and GENO-deCIDEing to make an Undertale related Fanfiction to it.
