Frisk did the neutral run, and then the true pacifist run. They have had the temptation to hurt, to maim, ... to kill. Of course, they instantly shot those ideas down with moral reasons: "It isn't right to end another's life when it isn't their time!" "They haven't done anything wrong!" "They would never do the same to me... Right?" As you can see, eventually Frisk (and the Author because I haven't slept and its 5am XD) couldn't come up with a reason not to without questioning the reason itself. One thing led to another and Frisk eventually started a genocide run.
This story starts in the ruins, where Frisk meets a certain flower again, who has a bit more to say than normal.
Just so you know, I am going to base this story on the song Control by Halsey. When you hear the chorus ending sentence, it fits the Genocide run ending, so I'm going off a limb here and GENO-deCIDEing to make an Undertale related Fanfiction to it.

Was this truly the last RESET? Sans wondered. But he knew only Frisk would tell, only this young girl would decide his future. He hated the thought of it at first, but hatred began to grow numb after he figured out he had no say in his own future. He had to admit though, Frisk was pretty reasonable, it was Chara who was the maniac. But she was gone now, so what was the anticipating, eerie, feeling that he had in his bones? The feeling that something wasn't right, of course, this timeline was already incredibly strange. The feeling sat in his in the pit of his stomach, tying itself into knots, until that fateful rainy day when all of his questions would be answered. So basically, this is a fanfiction of a fancomic of the game Undertale. Look, I'm gonna admit, I'm little stuck in the Undertale fandom, so this is my of slowly crawling out of it. However, a new chaos is brewing, a fated day where an apocalyptic known as The Annilhilation shall arise soon, led by the leader of an organization known as the Blades of Justice named Theron Frith, he is a soldier from a human army in an alternate universe where humanity was enslaved by monsters. The humans eventually won but however, people from other alternate universes are arriving to wipe out everyone there, with that, the birth of the Blades of Justice commenced. Their goal is similar to Theron and they have to make sure that there should only be one universe, theirs. Now humanity and monsterkind from every single one has joined forces to stop this threat. Will they succeed? Or will their efforts be futile? Meanwhile, Kurayami himself is resurrected along with Hugo Cross... Falling for a Murderer (Charisk) (VTale Season 1 & 2)

Btw this is my first fan fiction so please don't judge if I make any spelling mistakes or anything. Thanks! Frisk has broken the barrier but humans refuse to allow monsters to come up to the surface. Chara now has her body back, using both hers and Frisk's determination. She has been reunited with her adoptive parents, with Flowey her brother, since Asriel can't stabilise his body to live without a soul, and Frisk who is now her sister. Frisk has also met Blueberry (Underswap Sans) and Edge (Underfell Sans). They live with thier brothers in houses in Snowdin. All three Sans' love Frisk and she loves all three back. Who will she pick? Btw the universes kinda collided but only the skele-bros got stuck in the Undertale universes.
