At the young age of eight Drew and Elizabeth get married. Their wedding is a mess of gummy worm rings, crayon vows and giggles all of which takes place under the old oak tree that separates their backyards. They promise to be best friends forever but when sophomore year comes around things change. Their friendship becomes a beautiful relationship full of love, passion and trust. The two weeks that follow are full of tears, dresses, love songs and vows, all in preparation of the wedding she always dreamed about but someone else has taken her place at the altar beside him.
