The Devil's Tower is a high security prison on the edge of existence that everyone knows to keep away from. They live in constant fear of angering the Society and being thrown in because no one ever gets out. Despite being feared, Devil's Tower is also one of the most popular sources of entertainment: Rapid Healer Fighting, where the inmates are pitted against one another for a shot at a better life on the inside.
Sammael Eros is a young graduate who has trained her whole life to become a good citizen. She had a bright future in front of her, a loving foster family, lots of friends. But instead of doing what every other sane person would do, the occupation she ended up choosing landed her a position working at Devil's Tower. However, her true purpose for being where she is gets her in the middle of a revolution that threatens to destroy all she's ever known; but would it necessarily be a bad thing?
