Imagine if you woke up one day with a bloodthirsty burn in the back of your throat, along with a pair of ivory wings attached to your back? Yeah, I'd be pretty freaked out too... Just read this please, I don't really know the plot of this yet ._.
She had tears in her eyes and was looking at me with disgust. Our eyes locked and it was like the world disappeared. It was her and me. I was to protect her with every fiber in my being and in that moment I want to cherish and comfort her and hurt whoever did this to her. Then it dawned on me. I did this. I hurt my mate. That thought alone made me want so shrivel in a ball and die. We broke eye contact when she quickly got into her car and drove away. She was my mate. A human. I had to make her love me. I have to make her forgive me. All of the hate for her washed away in that moment, that minute, that second.
