Hailey Adams is one of the few remaining pure-blood wizards to date. 

Schooled in an institute exclusive for pure-bloods during her early years, she decided to enroll to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy --- predominantly comprised of students belonging to a mixed parentage of wizards and muggles --- to follow her childhood friend, Josiah Rowle.

Her parents were against it at first because of the possible interactiom with muggles, and most importantly, because of the prediction that the coming batch will include the "cursed child", or the reincarnation of the most powerful Dark Wizard, Lord Voldemort.
