Six months ago, Coral would have jumped out of her seat at the opportunity to live in Key West, with it's beautiful beaches and endless things to do. But now, with her parents dead, living in her grandparents Floridian home, well, it sucks. Without her parents and being forced to live in this new environment very different from her home in Vermont, Coral turns to her Green Day obsession to get her through it. Until her unexpected friend brings her to the tennis courts, and the world of Key West's relaxed lifestyle collides with Coral with the dead parents from the middle of nowhere.

Note: If you're looking for chick lit or something romantic this isn't the story for you. I set out to write a story about self discovery and friendship, and don't intend to include any romantic subplots.

To Kade Sanford Black, falling for his best friend Xanthie Lorenz, a serious and drop-dead handsome songwriter, was a line he did not want to cross. Knowing all too well the huge possibility of losing the only person who could see through him, he took a step back and put a distance to sustain their friendship - especially since Xanthie is soon to marry. Will Kade be able to hold back his feelings until he sees Xanthie married? Or will he finally have the courage to confess his feelings...and risk losing the only friend he has?
