Now, after nearly a century after its resurrection, Atlantis has settled back into its isolated lifestyle. However, the secrecy of what lies beyond the aquatic society is somewhat troubling to some of the Atlantians. What is their queen hiding from them? How will they survive the truth when they find it?

The Merfolks Return is a sci-fi/fantasy novel. In the not-too-distant future, humanity's greed and "mefirst" ideology have driven the planet to a point of no return, exhausting its resources and raising the overall global temperatures to an extent that has led to the melting of the polar ice caps and submergence of coastal areas. However, their plans are stopped midway when a mysterious sphere emerges out of the water, bearing merpeople humans had only ever heard of in mythology. These humanoids called their kingdom Awal-Lantis, and their king invites representatives from humans to forge a treaty that may be the only hope the future of humanity has. But soon, a new threat emerges.Complete
