After the big bender revolution and the destruction of the Chief's government, Avatar Ethan struggles to solve the problems being faced by benders.
Although having unique bending abilities, the bender community is a minority that's being oppressed by many governments around the world due to their differences.
Benders, as they're being mistreated, decide to take action upon themselves and go against their oppressive government. This creates chaos all around the world as benders overtake their governments.
