Whatever it may be, it might not be a very big deal when you think about it. Think about real confusion. Gender confusion? Well, maybe you've dealt with that, too. (Good luck with that, by the way) Meet Lucus Devin. An 18 year old boy dealing with is own confusion. Now, I would say it was gender confusion... but it seems he's already figured out what he is. But gender confusion does have a role in this. Kinda. Evie Wordan, Lucus' girlfriend, has NO idea how he feels about his gender. I mean, neither does anyone else... but this is his girlfriend! Anyways, since Lucus feels as he is a girl, he wouldn't be able to tell Evie... because he loves her. And if he knew, she wouldn't be with him anymore. Sounds pretty messed up, I know. "Not a fan of exposing the body." I nibble on my burrito. "I just don't want anyone to get the wrong idea." I tuck my hair behind my ear. "That you're easy." My face reddens as I look at him in the corner of my eyes. After a few moments, I nod. He sighs. "The only thing that makes a girl easy is if she lets every and any guy inside." He runs his fingers through his hair. "Clothes or attitude has nothing to do with it." I trace a circle on my thigh. "And a guy that believes otherwise is either a dick or a rapist." I smile. "Avery." "Ava." "Your brain works in wonderful ways." I get more comfortable and lean on his shoulder. "So you've said." I giggle. "I'm glad to share the same name as you." ~ A girl, a perfectionist, named Avery Jones has been in love with her childhood friend's brother for as long as she can remember. He asked and I looked up at his eyes. I didn't have to ponder over the matter long. "I don't know." I said softly. Daimen frowned and studied me for a while, "Just wondering, because you seem to love pissing me off. And most people don't. So I guess you need some figuring out to do." ********* Daimen and River were both seniors at the same high school, they took some of the same classes, walked the same halls, live in fair distance from each other, but they couldn't have been more different. "Give me a reason, tell me a lie, that contradicts to what you feel for me and I swear to you, I'd leave you alone." "I don't feel anything for you." Emmett easily lied, ignoring the ache in his heart at his words. "Not good enough." Emmett lashed out, shaking with agony as he had never known as his voice quivered pathetically, "I look at you and I see my world-shattering into these despicable shards of audaciousness that reflect my only desires, otherwise deemed unworthy by the universe. Important Note: This is an old version. A new version to fit my series, Final Reckoning will be uploaded, but still enjoy this one :D Thomas Haynes, a 17 year old teenager in his last year of high school. He's the average teenager. You know, the agile yet non athletic guy, and this is his last time moving. When he was younger as a child, his family moved a lot because of money troubles, mostly from the way the economy is right now. And the economy is pretty screwed up at the moment. Even though he may be the average teenager, he has a secret about himself. He's gay, I know. Pretty shocking, right? How will he survive school staying in the closet? Especially when he meets a guy who he likes, who turns out to be a jock, but not a typical jock as everybody thinks, yet a jock who has their own secrets. He's going to know that being with a Jock isn't so easy as he figuratively expected. A little fame, a little recognition, that alone isn't going to help Thomas with his grade twelve year as a new student. Being With A Jock, what possibilities could there be?

    A Book About Quinn
"A Book About Quinn" follows the story of a peculiar protagonist. Quinn, the titular main character, fulfills the role of the Narrator - but this isn't how the story was supposed to go, they're sure of it. Joined by James, Daphne and Alice - all holding secrets of their own - Quinn ventures across worlds to find the answer to that greatest of secrets - who are they, really? Dreams and mirrors become portals to uncharted worlds, full of beauty and danger, and the most wonderous places. And time after time again is the question posed - who is visisting Quinn's dreams? And can they possibly rewrite destiny? --- My lil' novel, very much a WIP. Previously only on AO3, that's why there's a lot of chapters updated at once loll All the characters belong to me, the story is mine etc CW: - major character death (kinda) - semi-graphic depictions of violence - mentions of SA - trauma flashbacks - suicide (thoughts, mentions) - school shootings - self-depricative thoughts - mentions of ED - mentions of domestic abuse

The whole camp was filling with smoke. I coughed, praying that my lungs would keep working for just a few more minutes. "Eli, which way is west?" Adam's breathing was just as labored from physical exertion, smoke, and panic as mine was. I didn't even process the question. I didn't know. We couldn't see anything through the smoke because the fire was spreading so quickly, and I just realized I'd forgotten my walkie-talkie. "Don't know!" I answered. Adrenaline was the only thing that kept my feet going. I knew we'd come in the East Gate, and if the cells were in the center, then if we kept going straight, we were going to find the gate any second. "Keep straight!" I instructed. I saw his head bob slightly, acknowledging my delayed direction. Then Adam cried out beside me, and I stopped short. I reached for his body involuntarily as he pitched forward, nearly causing him to take me down with him. My left hand was soaking wet from where it had landed on his shoulder. I winced as I tried to steady him, not daring to look at what I knew would be a pool of blood in my hand. ☁ Now that they have a new ally on their side, they're looking to change the United States for good. At some point, they want every camp freed and every teenager home safe. But each new camp brings an endless supply of new challenges. Things are beginning to spin out of control. Follow each of them as they discover who they are, who they love, and more of their country's secrets than they could ever dream of in a thrilling trilogy told from all five points of view.

She wrapped her arms around my waist and pulled me closer, so our fronts were now pressed together. She leaned down to my ear and asked, "Do you want me to take care of you or not?" "Yes," I whispered, and with that she leaned down to press our lips together, kissing me as her tongue slipped past my lips. My arms moved around her neck as I pulled her further down into me, deepening the kiss. She moved me until my back was pressed up against the sink. *** Mia is entering her last year of school when she hooks up with a stranger one fateful evening, who ends up being involved in her life in more ways than one. *Destined to Be series book one. She feels like the universe is forever against her. And never thought that, even after everything she's endured, she would ever get her 'Happily Ever After'. Then one day she thinks it may be possible. The woman she had been in love with for years, finally returns her feelings. Avery was finally happy, the woman she loved so much for so long, finally loved her back. Her 'Happily Ever After' was within reach. At least that's what she thought, until the woman managed to shatter Avery's already broken heart into a million pieces. Months later, the wound still fresh, she packs up her stuff and moves back to the city where she was born. She thinks being in a different city and reconnecting with her childhood best friend, will help her heal. But, nothing seems to change at all. At least not until one night about 2 months later. Her friend drags her to a club. To get her friend off her back, she finds a girl to pick up. She expected for it to be a one night stand and that was it but she desperately wants to see the woman again. And she ends up getting her wish but the next time they see each other it's in one of the most unexpected of situations. Just when she was starting to think that she might be able to be happy again, it all goes to crap. Her life seems to be a never ending string of heart break. Maybe the whole universe really is against her. Warning: This story's going to get a bit dark/depressing. And even though it's clearly labeled as such but I still feel I need to say this is a mature girlxgirl story so there will be sex. Also don't read if you have a problem w/ the word fuck because I use it quite liberally.
