Hiccup and Astrid go to the same school but don't exactly know each other. Hiccup is a popular bad boy who rides a motorcycle. Astrid is a quiet girl who just goes to class and doesn't talk to anyone. She is bullied, both emotionally and physically. Offline and online. Astrid plays piano and sings, but only her parents know about this. She doesn't perform in front of people. Hiccup sees people bug her but never does anything. Hiccup is dating Heather. The school's head cheerleader. Who is one of the many people who make fun of Astrid. Hiccup is friends with Snotlout, the top jock at school. Fishlegs, the know it all, and Ruffnut and Tuffnut, the twins who are always getting in trouble because of the pranks they pull. One day Hiccup sees Astrid getting bullied. He goes and helps her up and therefore begins something special between them.
