Welcome To A Wild Future

Edit July 27th 2017: My writing has come a long way since last year (when this was published), but I'd like to keep this up unedited because it's a part of my writing journey. Perhaps one day I'll break down the 10k story into multiple chapters and continue it, but that day is not today.

Nineteen year old Elizabeth Chase has already had a pretty wild last few years, with the whole alien invasion thing.
When the aliens, called the Xia, descend upon the Earth and later release a deadly disease, Liz is just trying to survive. Three years later and time is running out. There's only one way to escape, one way to live: leave.

Although, even if you can get off Earth, there's no garuntee you're getting off the space ship.
