Nagkaroon ng People Power Revolution sa ika-apat na pagkakataon dahil nais patalsikin si Presidente Henson Ronaldo - ang nanalong ika-16 na presidente ng republika ng Pilipinas. Sa ika-apat na araw ng demonstrasyon, may isang pangyayaring hindi inaasahan - ang pag-aamok ng isang lalake na siyang kumakain ng lamang loob, isang cannibal na naghahasik ng lagim. Hindi rito nagtatapos ang lahat, dahil sinuman ang kanyang makagat ay mahahawa sa virus na kanyang dala - sinuman ang makagat ay nagiging isa rin ASWANG.
