The Eclipse Pack never followed the rules. It's ancient history gave it the right to not have to bow down to the Council. It was first established in 1503 A.D., making it one of the first packs on the new nation of America. The Council has never had control of this pack, making The Eclipse Pack a target. The Blood Pack, one of the neighboring packs, has a bloodthirsty Alpha, and his main target is also The Eclipse Pack. Kate Clawbak, and her brother Ethan, have an ability that is very rare that could be used as a defense or a weapon.
She and her brother are threats, and the Council's job is to eliminate them.
