Charlotte (Lottie) Moore is a high achieving medical student who just wants to be successful in life. She moves to London and hopes to start a new life - a new life from her cheating ex-boyfriend, Ethan Taylor. Problem is Ethan goes to the same school.

Whilst trying to avoid her ex-boyfriend who is desperately trying to get Lottie back, she is being constantly annoyed by the new, upcoming actor, Harry Jackson. 

Harry Jackson is the Hollywood player and goes to medical school in London to get the feel for medical student life for his new film. 

When Harry and Lottie both get the lead roles for the school musical, Grease, they realise they have to spend more time together than wanted and have to act like they actually like each other. 

Lottie moved to stay away from the bad guy but falls right into the arms of a new bad guy. What will happen to Lottie's dreams? Who will she end up with? If she ends up with anyone...
