Happiness

What makes us happy? For everyone answers are different but feeling is same, We all wanna stay happy no one wants sad life but reality is it's not something what we get its something what we create. We say he hurt me, they makes me angry, she makes me sad, I love him because he makes me happy, how can we let others take control over our emotions, we are responsible for all the pain and rain in our life. I won't say become completely inhuman and have a heart of stone, I will say if someone makes u sad balance it with your own positivity and happiness and translate it into what u want it to be. Really no one controls over our emotions we may not choose where we are born but we have control over where we can die. There is this famous saying by Bill Gates " If you are born poor it's not your mistake but if you die poor, that's your mistake" and yeah that's the truth of life.
It's the outlook or our perception towards anything around the world which creates what we like, no one is worthless because God does not create garbage it's us human who can make a god gifted beautiful mind into a crappy box. Life actually ends when you stop thinking. Human Brain is the best gift we have received giving it a direction, thoughts, vision, good feelings makes it healthy. All we right now need to do is to take a deep breath and think about the best days in our lives and u r still living them congratulations you have created a perfect life but if you think u have lost that feeling then bring it back and you have to find yourself how u can do that. We may not be the controllers but we can always balance it! Be a balancer!
