Dipper Pines, 22, and living in Gravity Falls on his own. His sister, Mabel, who lives in California for college. Dipper graduated college about a year ago and is living a happy life on his own. He's met some people and became friends with them, and even had a girlfriend in college, but then realized he was gay so that didn't end that well.
Stan and Ford are doing well for their age and got back from their trip a few years ago. They're having small problems with Bill, and the problems are slowly growing. Bill sometimes talks to Dipper without showing up, so it's pretty much telepathy between the two.

Mabel hasn't really change other than becoming more muture and she's taking a liking to one girl she knows. Dipper on the other hand is very nervous of what Bill is up too after an encounter with him. Dipper then must tell his Grunkles that he's really a girl. What is Bill Cipher really up too? What does he want this time? Who does he want this time?
