Elise DeVeau seems like your typical school girl. Surviving highschool is bad enough luckily she has her best friend Christopher to help her bear the torture of having popular airheads pick on her unique looks, but she has a secret that even Chris should never know. Her father is a violent drunk.. he beats her ruthlessly with no remorse.   After being battered brutally again, she loses her sight in her right eye. Nothing is the same again. But one night while walking home she is knocked out cold, and wakes up with sight, but at what cost?
