Seventeen-year-old Anna Kripke wakes up dead.

Out of her body and in the morgue, it isn't exactly her best day. But when she meets another ghost, she discovers her predicament isn't so strange.

Trying to get back into a body isn't easy. But with enough research, maybe Anna and Bess- her ghost friend- can solve the case in time.

After a certain amount of time, you can't go back to your body. Or at least, that's what the mysterious stranger says. She's a human that can see ghosts- and she happens to be immortal. But is this mysterious stranger really what she seems?
