GOLD AND SILVER

In the year 5576, the government of Ataria started a war on Golds and Silvers, who are called so based on their eye color. Sixteen years later, there is still a war, just a much smaller one against Golds and Silvers. Golds can read and control minds, and Silvers can read and control emotions. The government heard a prophecy that said that a Gold would be born with the abilities of a Gold, and a Silver. Cassidy St. Claire has been raised in an orphanage since she was a baby. Cassidy is reunited with her father, and she overjoyed; the problem is, is that her father is a high ranking official in Ataria. Cassidy joins Atarian society, and she meets her fathers intern, the son of Ataria's dictator. Should Cassidy trust the handsome Jonah, or should she ignore her heart, and forget him. Cassidy finds trouble at every turn in Atary city, the capital of the country.
