Aria Carlson has just entered her senior year at Colorado State University and life couldn't be better. Well, one thing could be better... having her brother, Adam's, best friend, Jordan Griffin, as her boyfriend. Although Aria holds out hope that one day Jordan will fall in love with her, she has accepted that it may never happen. As a creative writing major, Aria is psyched to finish college and begin her career. During Aria's first class of the semester, she discovers that Jordan is in her class. Their Professor announces there will be a final project that will act as a competition to receive an internship with a huge publishing house. Only one student will win the internship. Aria is confident that she will win the competition until she meets Corey Anderson. Corey is cocky, sarcastic and downright frustrating. Aria later finds out that Corey and her brother are best friends. Corey takes advantage of the situation and constantly harasses her in an attempt to phase her and make her lose the competition. Corey has one problem though... Aria refuses to go down without a fight.

I took a deep breath and spoke up. "No, I don't," I took a pause before continuing, "because I can't marry a blind person." Aria Watson, a girl born with treacher collins comes from a highly respectable wealthy family. She has everything money has to offer except for happiness. Aria has never been happy, she has never had friends mostly because she was homeschooled her entire life, and mostly spends her time indoors. That is until she met Axel Campbell, an optimistic boy from a high class family just like hers. Axel taught Aria the meaning of life and happiness. He sees the world from a different angle despite being born blind. The two instantly fall in love and Aria has never been happier. What happens when Aria find out that her family is using her for their own personal gain? Read to find out. P.S: I wrote this book when I was fifteen years old so please pardon my grammatical errors and feel free to point out my mistakes and I would prefer it to be in a polite language.
