Cantarella Noir is not a normal Freshman and she doesn't go to a normal highschool. No, she goes to what is called the Bureau, a large castle-like building sitting cozily in the mountains of Wisconsin. And her dad just happens to own the whole place.
That's not even the bad part. What's bad about the whole situation is that she's and agent, her father uses her to kill/poison targets because she's immune to any poison or chemical- including medicine- and that there are two guys on her 'team' that annoy the hell out of her. One's Cedric; tall, red-head with some nice muscles but serious mood problems. Then there's Stephan, her guard - as proclaimed by the man called her father. He's laid-back and generally gives her the vibes that he doesn't care about the Bureau, but the guy has some serious skill when it comes to fighting.
And then something weird happens. A friend goes missing. Next thing she knows, Cantarella is staring right at the presumably dead body of her best - and only - friend with Stephan standing as the only suspect.

Confessions About Colton

49 parts Complete

WATTPAD ORIGINAL EDITION Seven letters, seven confessions, seven clues. Elliot Parker has what he needs to find out who killed his best friend... But is he hunting down the killer? Or is the killer hunting him? ***** When Colton Crest returns, unharmed, to his small town after mysteriously disappearing for two months, his best friend Elliot Parker breathes a sigh of relief. But days later, on the night before graduation, Elliot finds Colton in the lake. Dead. And on the day of his funeral, Elliot finds a letter in his jacket pocket with four words that send him spiralling: I killed Colton Crest. There are six more letters to find, six more confessions about Colton, six more clues to uncover why he was murdered. Elliot has no choice but to play this sick scavenger hunt, and with each new revelation, he begins to question whether he really knew Colton - or anyone else in that little town of dark secrets.
